Guaranty is a title insurance company operating in the United States, ranked among the leading insurers based on 2025 statutory premiums. Its primary competitors include Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (and its subsidiaries Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and Chicago Title Insurance Company), First American Financial Corporation (and its subsidiary First American Title Insurance Company), and Old Republic Title Insurance Group (and its subsidiary Old Republic National Title Insurance Company). Guaranty also competes with other title insurance companies, abstractors, attorneys issuing title opinions, and attorney-owned title insurance funds. Additionally, some homebuilders, financial institutions, and real estate brokers own or control title insurance agencies, some of which issue policies underwritten by Guaranty.
