United States Antimony's Comment on Competition and Industry Peers

The company operates the only fully vertically integrated antimony mining operation in the United States. It competes with other mineral resource exploration and development companies for financing, acquisition of new mineral properties, equipment, and labor. Competitors often possess greater financial and technical resources, enabling them to invest more in acquisitions, exploration, development, and geological expertise. This competition may result in competitors acquiring higher quality mineral properties and better access to financing, which could affect the company's ability to fund its exploration and development activities. The company does not guarantee its ability to compete effectively or that competitive pressures will not materially impact its business, financial condition, or operating results.
