Dune Acquisition's Comment on Competition and Industry Peers

The Company operates in a competitive global market, facing competition from manufacturers, resellers, and lessors of hydrogen equipment and infrastructure, as well as from global industrial and regional gas suppliers offering hydrogen, CO2, and air separation gases. Competition in systems, equipment, and technical services is based on factors such as plant design and efficiency, service quality, technical expertise, pricing, delivery schedules, and technology performance guarantees. In the industrial gases sector, competition centers on price, supply reliability, delivery convenience, and suitability for end-user applications.
