Azul Sa's Comment on Competition and Industry Peers

The company operates the most extensive route network in Brazil, serving 160 domestic destinations as of December 31, 2025, compared to 65 destinations served by Gol and 59 by LATAM. It is the sole provider of scheduled service to 80 domestic destinations and holds a leading position in four of the ten largest domestic airports in Brazil. As of December 31, 2025, it had the lowest number of full-time employees per aircraft in Brazil. The company was the market leader on 88% of its routes, while Gol and LATAM led in 13 and 21 cities, respectively. Routes where the company holds leadership account for approximately 82% of its total available seat kilometers (ASKs).
