Akso Health Group's Comment on Competition and Industry Peers

The company operates in competitive markets in both China and the United States. In China, traditional independent pharmacies face significant competition and limited sales growth, leading the company to acquire and integrate multiple independent pharmacies nationwide to develop a new pharmacy operation and management system utilizing digital solutions. The company acquired 50% equity interest in Tianjin Wangyi Cloud Co., Ltd., followed by the remaining 50%. In the United States, the oncology healthcare service market is fragmented and highly competitive. The company's planned radiation oncology service and cancer therapy centers will compete regionally and locally with government-owned and private hospitals that provide radiotherapy, diagnostic imaging, and other oncology services. Competition factors include the range of services offered, reputation among medical professionals and patients, and patient service and satisfaction. The company also competes with providers of alternative treatment methods not offered by them, such as chemotherapy, surgery, various forms of radiotherapy, recently commercialized alternative treatments, and experimental therapies that may be more effective or less costly.
