Zhongliang Xie, aged 54, has been Chief Financial Officer since April 2025. His previous positions include General Manager at Zhongxingcai Guanghua Certified Public Accountants Shaanxi Branch and Beijing Xinghua Certified Public Accountants Xi’an Branch, as well as Finance Manager at Zhongyi Far East Import & Export Co., Ltd. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Asset Appraiser, Certified Cost Engineer, and a fellow of the FAIA. Wenjuan (Vivian) Liu, aged 39, has been a Director since July 14, 2021, and CEO of Hebei Chuangjie Technology Co., Ltd. since August 2018. She previously worked at Guosen Co., Ltd. and holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Nankai University. Stephen P. Brown, aged 66, has served as an Independent Director since April 11, 2022, and as Chief Financial Officer of SolarMax Technology, Inc. since May 2017. His prior CFO roles include positions at STAAR Surgical Company, Bausch & Lomb, Hoya Surgical Optics, and Johnson & Johnson. He holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a bachelor's degree from California State University, Fullerton. Zhe Liu, aged 41, has been an Independent Director since October 12, 2022.
