Primega Construction is owned by Celestial Power, a British Virgin Islands holding company. The company provides soil and rock transportation services and construction works, including ELS works and bored piling, mainly as a subcontractor to other construction contractors in Hong Kong. Primega Construction operates a fleet of 45 tipper trucks and machinery, supported by subcontractors and an in-house servicing team, enabling management of multiple projects simultaneously. The company has developed long-term customer relationships, notably leveraging the network of Chi Yip, a longstanding entity in the Hong Kong construction industry. Its management team has over 10 years of experience, with key personnel including Mr. Man Siu Ming and Mr. Kan Chi Wai, who provide expertise in project management, construction transportation, logistics, and quantity surveying. Prior to its initial public offering, the company completed a reorganization and share issuance, with the IPO underwritten by Bancroft Capital, LLC.
