Previously, he was vice president and head of technology at NetEase, Inc., where he founded the e-commerce division and served as CEO. He holds an EMBA from Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance.
Ying Li, age 38, is a Director and Chief Operating Officer with 13 years of experience in e-commerce operations and marketing. She has held various positions at NetEase and was CEO of Beijing Zhengmang Technology Co., Ltd. She holds a bachelor's degree from Beijing International Studies University.
Shuli Sun, age 36, is a Director and Chief Product Officer. She previously held various positions at NetEase, including director of products and general manager of joint ventures. She holds a bachelor's degree from Beijing Normal University.
Bo Wang, age 43, is Chief Technology Officer. He was formerly director of technology and vice president of e-commerce at NetEase. He holds a master's degree in computer science and technology from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
Huirui Wan, age 36, has been Chief Financial Officer since July 2023. He was previously CFO of Shanghai Kenexa Human Resources Science and Technology Co., Ltd., an executive director at Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC, and a hedge fund specialist at ARCM. He holds dual bachelor's degrees in mathematics and business administration from the University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University.
Ying Yue, age 36, is Vice President. She has held various positions at NetEase, including director of commerce and general manager of strategic cooperation. She holds a master's degree from Peking University.
Dong Li, age 49, is an Independent Director with over 20 years of management experience in public accounting, investment banking, and corporate finance. He has served as CFO of TH International Limited, Ximalaya Inc., OneSmart International Education Group Limited, and Ecovacs Robotics Holdings Limited. He has also worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, ICBC International, and KPMG. He is an independent director at GreenTree.
