Description of Ten Holdings Inc
TEN Holdings, Inc., headquartered in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, is a holding company for TEN Events, Inc., an operating entity incorporated in 2011. TEN Events provides event planning, production, and broadcasting services specializing in virtual, hybrid, self-service, and physical events. Its virtual, hybrid, and self-service offerings include planning, production, broadcasting, and continuing education services supported by proprietary platforms Xyvid Pro and TEN Pro. Physical events, introduced in fiscal year 2023, primarily involve live streaming and video recording. The company generates most of its revenue from virtual and hybrid events delivered to corporate customers. For the years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024, total revenues were approximately $3.1 million and $3.5 million, respectively, with net losses of approximately $19.5 million and $3.0 million. Virtual and hybrid events accounted for about 88.2% and 91.9% of total revenue in 2025 and 2024, respectively, while physical events accounted for 11.8% and 8.1%. TEN Holdings operates in the webcasting industry, which presents high barriers to entry, including technological, talent, financial, regulatory, and localization challenges. Developing a comparable web-streaming platform requires significant capital investment and time, and the industry is highly competitive.
