Description of Whitefiber Inc
WhiteFiber, Inc. is a holding company for Bit Digital's high-performance computing (HPC) business, incorporated as a Cayman Islands exempted company on August 15, 2024. It was previously a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bit Digital prior to its initial public offering. WhiteFiber AI, Inc., incorporated in Delaware on October 19, 2023, provides cloud services for AI applications through its wholly-owned subsidiaries. WhiteFiber Canada, Inc., a wholly-owned Canadian subsidiary of WhiteFiber AI, was incorporated on March 11, 2025. WhiteFiber Iceland ehf, a wholly-owned Icelandic subsidiary of WhiteFiber AI, was incorporated on August 17, 2023, and is classified as a controlled foreign corporation for U.S. federal income tax purposes. The company operates in the United States, Canada, and Iceland, focusing on HPC and cloud services for AI applications. It faces risks including supply chain disruptions, customer concentration, regulatory challenges related to AI and data privacy, and market volatility in power supply and GPU availability.
