White Mountains’s reportable segments are OneBeacon, HG Global/BAM and Other Operations. During the third quarter of 2015, White Mountains signed a definitive agreement to sell Sirius International Insurance Group, Ltd., an exempted Bermuda limited liability company, and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Sirius Group”) to CM International Holding PTE Ltd., the Singapore-based investment arm of China Minsheng Investment Corp., Ltd.
