Description of Wyndham Hotels And Resorts Inc

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc. is the worlds biggest hotel franchising corporation by number of hotels, with over 810,000 rooms spread over 95 countries and over 120 million visitors yearly. We run 22 hotel brands, including Registry Collection Hotels, our first premium brand, and Wyndham Alltra, our first all-inclusive brand, both of which will debut in 2021. Our 22 brands are mostly found in secondary and tertiary cities, and over 80% of the population of the United States resides within ten miles of at least one of our associated hotels. Our goal is to make hotel travel accessible to everyone. Wyndham will be there to greet folks wherever they go. With just two of our 9,000 hotels owned, we have a very asset-light business strategy, minimizing both our capital needs and our sensitivity to growing wage environments. Our principles at Wyndham underlie our inclusive culture, fuel our development, foster innovation, and inspire the incredible experiences we provide for our team members and customers.
