Description of Vestis
Vestis Corporation, headquartered in Delaware, provides uniform rentals and workplace supplies across the United States and Canada. Established with over 75 years of experience, the company serves more than 300,000 customer accounts in industries including manufacturing, hospitality, retail, food processing, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and automotive. Vestis offers products and services such as uniforms, mats, towels, linens, restroom supplies, first-aid supplies, safety products, and contamination control supplies for cleanroom environments. The company operates over 325 facilities, including laundry plants, satellite plants, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants, supported by approximately 18,150 employees. Vestis's revenue model is primarily based on recurring rental contracts, which accounted for 95% of its $2.7 billion revenue in fiscal year 2025, with the remainder from direct sales. The company completed its spin-off from Aramark in September 2023 and is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker VSTS. Vestis competes in a fragmented industry alongside companies such as Cintas Corporation and UniFirst Corporation.
