Description of Vsee Health Inc

The registrant operates through its wholly-owned subsidiary VSee Lab, providing a telehealth platform designed for U.S. hospitals and enterprises. The platform offers telehealth software components, data connectors, and workflow templates that clinicians can configure with no or minimal coding. Features include on-demand visits, appointment scheduling, intake forms, consent signatures, team coordination, unified communication, remote exams, patient monitoring, payment processing, clinical notes, and administrative analytics. It integrates with electronic medical record systems such as EPIC and Cerner and complies with HIPAA, SOC2, and GDPR standards, supporting single-sign-on and multi-factor authentication. VSee Lab enables clinicians to customize workflows independently to support patient care collaboration and operational management. Through its subsidiary iDoc, the registrant provides high acuity patient care solutions, delivering physician services in neurology, cardiac, and medical intensive care units via telehealth. iDoc addresses intensivist shortages and physician burnout by connecting critically ill patients to specialized physicians using telehealth technology. The registrant serves a range of customers, including large hospital systems, small hospitals, long-term acute care facilities, and the federal prison system. Its telehealth offerings also encompass patient engagement solutions, clinician staffing with efficient patient routing, remote physical exams with medical device streaming, remote patient monitoring, and AI-enhanced telesitter and telenursing solutions aimed at mitigating nursing shortages.
The Company operates through two reportable segments: Healthcare Technology and Telehealth Services. VSee Lab, Inc. is part of the Healthcare Technology segment, while iDoc Virtual Telehealth Solutions, Inc. is included in the Telehealth Services segment.
