The Company operates five reportable segments corresponding to its producing mine sites: Çöpler in Erzincan Province, Türkiye; Marigold in Nevada, United States; Cripple Creek & Victor (CC&V) in Colorado, United States; Seabee in Saskatchewan, Canada; and Puna in Jujuy Province, Argentina. For the year ended December 31, 2025, revenue contributions were 0% from Çöpler, 33% from Marigold, 28% from CC&V, 11% from Seabee, and 28% from Puna. The Company also conducts exploration and development activities in the United States, Argentina, Canada, and Türkiye.
Principal products include gold doré produced at Çöpler, Marigold, CC&V, and Seabee, primarily sold to banks and the Central Bank of Türkiye when Çöpler is operational. Puna produces silver, lead, and zinc concentrates sold to smelters or traders for refining. In 2025, gold doré sales accounted for approximately 71% of total revenue, silver 24%, lead 3%, zinc 0%, and other products 2%. Gold doré is mainly sold to Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (33%), Royal Bank of Canada (13%), and National Bank of Canada (12%). Silver sales include 10% to Trafigura Trading LLC. Lead and zinc concentrates are sold under supply contracts or spot sales to smelters and traders in Asia and Europe.
