Viewbix is a digital advertising company that develops and markets technological platforms to automate, optimize, and monetize online advertising campaigns. The registrant operates in two segments: the search segment and the digital content segment. The search segment, managed by Gix Media, develops software solutions for automation, optimization, and monetization of internet campaigns to obtain and route internet user traffic to customers. The digital content segment, previously managed by Cortex until November 9, 2025, created and edited content in multiple languages for various target audiences to generate revenue from advertising platforms by obtaining and routing internet user traffic. On November 9, 2025, Gix Media sold all holdings in Cortex and ceased operations in the digital content segment. Additionally, on March 24, 2025, the company acquired 100% of Metagramm Software Ltd., which specializes in advanced writing assistance tools using AI, machine learning, and natural language processing technologies, licensing its products on a subscription basis to businesses and individuals.
