The registrant's reportable operating business segments consist of three individual parks: Georgia Park, Missouri Park, and Texas Park. Each park is situated in rural areas and primarily serves local guests residing within approximately 100 miles. The typical visitors are groups or families seeking entertainment within driving distance. Nearby attractions may serve as complements or alternatives to the parks. Georgia Park, acquired by Wild Animal – Georgia on June 13, 2005, is located in Pine Mountain, Georgia. It occupies 200 acres of a 500-acre property and features a three-mile drive-through animal viewing area with approximately 600 animals representing 55 species. Missouri Park, acquired by Wild Animal – Missouri on March 5, 2008, is located in Strafford, Missouri. It covers 255 acres and includes a five-mile drive-through area with approximately 300 animals of 65 species. Texas Park, acquired by Aggieland Wild Animal – Texas on April 27, 2020, is located near Bryan/College Station, Texas. It spans 250 acres of a 450-acre property and offers a two-and-a-half mile drive-through safari along with a 20-acre walkthrough adventure zoo housing approximately 600 animals of 80 species.
