Description of Nextnrg Inc
NextNRG, Inc. integrates artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies into renewable energy, next-generation energy infrastructure, battery storage, wireless electric vehicle (EV) charging, and on-demand mobile fuel delivery to develop an integrated energy ecosystem. The company’s core offering is a utility operating system that uses AI and ML to optimize energy management for existing utilities. NextNRG deploys smart microgrids that combine AI-driven energy management with solar power and battery storage to improve energy efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance grid resiliency. These microgrids are implemented across various sectors, including commercial properties, schools, hospitals, nursing homes, parking garages, rural and tribal lands, recreational facilities, and government properties. The company is expanding its fleet of fuel delivery trucks and incorporating sustainable energy solutions into mobile fueling operations, including wireless EV charging to support fleet customers transitioning to electric vehicles. NextNRG plans to offer its proprietary AI/ML-powered smart microgrid technology to utilities and energy producers through software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements, providing real-time data processing, system optimization, renewable energy integration, and improved resilience. The company’s revenue primarily derives from power purchase agreements (PPAs) linked to the deployment and operation of NextNRG Smart Microgrids, which enable customers to access electricity, lower energy costs, and advance decarbonization goals.
The Company provides an on-demand mobile fueling service enabling customers, including individual consumers and commercial fleets, to schedule fuel deliveries directly to their vehicles or equipment through a proprietary technology platform. Its revenue is primarily derived from the sale and delivery of fuel. Cost of sales comprises the cost of fuel, direct labor, and other delivery-related expenses. Operating expenses include selling, general and administrative expenses, technology development, and other unallocated overhead.
