The registrant is a global consumer intelligence company operating The NIQ Ecosystem, an integrated platform that combines proprietary data, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and analytics to provide insights into consumer shopping behavior worldwide. The company operates in 90 countries, covering approximately 82% of the global population, and aggregates data from sources including retail point-of-sale feeds, consumer panels, and eCommerce partnerships, managing around 18 million consumer relationships. Its solutions serve brands, retailers, and other clients by delivering insights that support strategic and operational decisions, performance measurement, market positioning, innovation, and growth. The company’s offerings are divided into two main groups: Intelligence, which represents about 81% of revenue and includes omnichannel measurement and consumer insights; and Activation, which accounts for about 19% of revenue and includes innovation, brand, media, and analytics products that inform consumer behavior and growth strategies.
