Description of Marvion
The company is engaged in business development activities and funds its operations primarily through equity or debt financing and advances from related parties. As of December 31, 2025, it reported an accumulated deficit of $5,725,890 and relies significantly on financial support from major shareholders for the next 12 to 18 months. The company had no significant contractual obligations or off-balance sheet arrangements as of December 31, 2025 and 2024. It prepares consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP, which require management to make significant estimates and judgments, including those related to impairment losses on digital assets, valuation and useful lives of intangible assets, and deferred tax valuation allowances. The company reviews long-lived assets for impairment under ASC Topic 360. It has adopted recent FASB accounting standards updates concerning segment reporting and income tax disclosures and is evaluating the impact of other recent and forthcoming FASB updates on its financial statements and disclosures.
