Description of Leet Inc
The company is a technology firm focused on developing and operating platforms in the eSports industry, primarily in Southeast Asia. Originally, it manufactured and sold the Breath Alcohol Ignition Interlock Device (BDI-747/1), designed to prevent vehicles from starting if the driver's blood-alcohol content exceeded a preset limit, mainly for DUI or DWI offenders. The company shifted its business focus to eSports following the acquisition of Leet Technology Limited (LTL) in November 2020. LTL operates an eSports platform in Malaysia. The company's main product is Matchroom.net, a community eSports gaming platform launched in January 2019, which offers various gaming and digital entertainment services targeting the Asia Pacific region. Additionally, the company provides MAVERICK, a modular white-label platform that offers customizable and localizable solutions to Information & Communications Technology (ICT) partners and Over The Top (OTT) companies to assist in user engagement, retention, and monetization. The company seeks partnerships with telecommunications firms to utilize their infrastructure, particularly with advancements in edge computing and 5G, to improve the gaming experience and capitalize on the growing eSports market. The company currently operates as a holding company with LTL as its wholly owned subsidiary.
