Description of Livento Group Inc
The company was incorporated in Nevada in 2013 as Bling Marketing, Inc., initially operating as a wholesaler of jewelry, including earrings, rings, and pendants. It recorded minimal sales before mid-2014 and was classified as a shell company until June 30, 2014, when it began generating sales revenue through distributors. In December 2014, the company completed a reverse merger with NuGene Inc., a California corporation focused on developing and marketing customized skin care products, particularly anti-aging and scar treatment products utilizing peptide complexes and nano-encapsulation technology. NuGene was founded by Ali Kharazmi and Mohammed Kharazmi, M.D., and had previously co-branded products with Genetic Institute of Anti-Aging, Inc. (GIAA). Following the merger, NuGene became a wholly owned subsidiary, and the company transferred its jewelry business operations to its former CEO, Dena Kurland. The company issued common and Series A Preferred stock to former NuGene shareholders, completed a stock split, and raised $2 million through a stock placement. NuGene's operations have included research and development of advanced anti-aging formulations, including the use of adult adipose human stem cells, with prior limited sales primarily overseas and through medical offices.
