FBD develops, owns, operates, and expands entertainment venues, hospitality experiences, and branded destination concepts across various location-based formats using proprietary and third-party intellectual property. FCG and Producciones de Parques, S.L. (PDP) are accounted for as equity method investments and constitute a significant portion of the company's operations. The divisions collaborate within a shared structure to optimize the value of creative assets, proprietary processes, systems, and intellectual property, enhancing execution consistency, capital efficiency, and cross-collaboration across entertainment markets and applications.
