Distribution Solutions Group Inc 's Comment on Competition and Industry Peers

The MRO market, along with the test and measurement and electronic production supplies sectors in North America, is highly fragmented and includes competition from national distributors, manufacturers, and numerous regional and local distributors. Competitors often possess greater financial and personnel resources, more extensive product lines, larger facilities, and occasionally more competitive pricing than the Lawson and TestEquity segments. In 2025, Lawson sold products to over 51,000 customers primarily in the United States and Canada. TestEquity served over 127,000 customers across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Mexico, with the majority of its revenue generated in the United States.
