Officers & Directors
Peter Ort, age 55, has served as Principal Executive Officer and Co-Chairman since December 2024. He has been a General Partner at Cambium Capital Management LP since January 2020 and was Co-Founder of CurAlea Associates LLC from 2010 to 2022. Prior to that, he worked at Goldman Sachs until 2009. Ort has served on the boards of Concord Acquisition Corp I, II, and III. He holds degrees from Duke University and New York University.
Jeff Tuder, age 52, has been Chief Financial Officer and Co-Chairman since December 2024. He founded Tremson Capital Management, LLC in 2015 and was CEO of Concord Acquisition Corp I, II, and III. Tuder serves on the boards of Inseego Corporation, SeaChange International, Inc., and GCT Semiconductor. He has held investment roles at various firms and holds a B.A. from Yale College.
Kristin Smith, age 44, has been a director since April 28, 2025, and President of Solana Policy Institute since May 2025. She was CEO of the Blockchain Association from 2018 to 2025 and serves on the boards of Skybridge Opportunity and GII Funds.
Rebecca Rettig, age 46, has been a director since April 28, 2025. She transitioned to digital assets in 2017 after working as a litigator at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Rettig has served as in-house counsel at Aave Companies (now Avara), Polygon Labs, and Jito Labs, overseeing legal, policy, and compliance functions. She serves on the U.S. Commodity Futures and Trade Commission’s Global Markets Advisory Committee Subcommittee.
