Description of Anteris Technologies Global
Anteris Technologies Global Corp. is a medical technology company specializing in the development and commercialization of transcatheter heart valve (THV) products for treating aortic stenosis. Its primary product, the DurAVR® THV, is a biomimetic valve constructed from a single piece of native-shaped ADAPT® anti-calcification tissue derived from bovine heart tissue through the ADAPT® tissue engineering process. The DurAVR® THV is designed to replicate human tissue and is implanted via a minimally invasive transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) procedure, which places the new valve inside the diseased valve without removal. The company also developed the ComASUR® Delivery System, a balloon-expandable device that allows controlled deployment and precise placement of the DurAVR® THV, aligning the valve leaflets with the native valve commissures. Anteris’s technology aims to improve hemodynamics, reduce valve wear, and enhance patient outcomes by maintaining laminar blood flow and minimizing turbulence. The company underwent a reorganization prior to its initial public offering in December 2024, operating as Anteris Technologies Pty Ltd before the reorganization and as Anteris Technologies Global Corp. thereafter.
Management has identified a single business segment based on the review by the chief operating decision maker (CODM). This segment involves the development and commercialization of the ADAPT® anti-calcification tissue, specifically focused on the DurAVR® THV System.
