Description of Alliance Laundry Holdings Inc

The Company is a designer and manufacturer of commercial laundry systems serving global markets including healthcare facilities, fire stations, hotels, laundromats, and communal laundry facilities. It focuses exclusively on commercial laundry equipment, drawing on over 100 years of engineering expertise to produce machines for demanding applications. In 2023, the commercial laundry market was approximately $7.4 billion, with the Company holding about 40% market share in North America and leading positions worldwide.
