Both North American Realty and International Realty primarily generate revenue from commissions on residential real estate transactions using a cloud-based brokerage model. Other Affiliated Services includes SUCCESS® magazine and related media properties that provide training and professional development resources; prior to the first quarter of 2025, it also included FrameVR.io. The Virbela business was wound down in 2024, with its operations classified as discontinued. North American Realty and International Realty function as licensed brokers, processing residential and commercial real estate transactions, paying commissions to agents and brokers, and offering a cloud-based brokerage model featuring low entry fees, stock ownership opportunities, and a revenue-sharing plan.
