Description of Bili Social International
Allied Energy, Inc., headquartered in Toronto, Canada, operates an AI-driven social commerce platform through its subsidiaries Metamexx Corp. and BILI, Inc. BILI, operating under the brand BecauseILoveIt.com, connects social media creators with brands to monetize content by enabling creators to establish personalized online stores and participate in brand campaigns. BILI offers two primary services: BILI Base™ and BILI Boost™. BILI Base™ is an AI-powered platform where creators act as retailers, selling products obtained through distribution agreements with brands and manufacturers; Allied Energy retains approximately a 10% net margin per transaction, while creators earn commissions ranging from 10% to 30%. BILI Boost™ employs an AI-enabled search engine to identify suitable creators for brand campaigns, providing benchmarking of pricing, engagement, and reach metrics, and facilitating contracts for branded content creation. As of March 2026, BILI reported 46,966 engaged users/creators and 2,529 engaged brand contacts. Allied Energy focuses on generating long-term shareholder value through strategic acquisitions and partnerships in technology-enabled businesses.
The Company has identified a single reportable operating segment, determined by the review of financial information by the chief operating decision maker (CODM), who is the chief executive officer. The CODM allocates resources and evaluates segment performance based on consolidated net income (loss). All significant segment expenses provided to the CODM and included in performance assessments are reported on the consolidated statements of operations and comprehensive income (loss). In the fourth quarter of 2024, the Company adopted ASU 2023-07, Segment Reporting (Topic 280): Improvements to Reportable Segment Disclosures, applying the amendments retrospectively to all prior periods presented, with no material impact on the consolidated financial statements.
