Wells Fargo & Company Declares Cash Dividends on Preferred Stock
SAN FRANCISCO Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC) announced dividends on six series of preferred stock today.The company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $18.75 per share on its 7.50% noncumulative perpetual convertible class A preferred stock, Series L.The liquidation preference for this stock is $1,000 per share, and it is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol WFCPrL.Shareholders of record as of August 30th will receive the dividend on September 16, 2024.
