Description of Wealthfront
The Company operates and reports financial information as a single operating segment. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO), serving as the chief operating decision maker (CODM), evaluates company-wide key performance metrics and uses consolidated net income (loss) to allocate resources and assess performance. Resource allocation decisions aim to optimize consolidated financial results. The CODM reviews significant segment expenses consistent with their presentation in the consolidated statements of operations and does not assess segment assets beyond the amounts disclosed in the consolidated balance sheets.
