Description of Tpi Composites Inc's Business Segments

The registrant's reportable operating segments are as follows: the U.S. segment, which encompasses wind blade manufacturing at the Newton, Iowa facility (resuming production in the second half of 2025), wind blade inspection and repair services in the U.S., and global corporate support functions including the advanced engineering center in Kolding, Denmark, the engineering center in Berlin, Germany, and the corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona; the Mexico segment, which includes wind blade manufacturing at three facilities in Juárez, Mexico, one facility in Matamoros, Mexico, and wind blade inspection and repair services in Mexico; and the India segment, which comprises wind blade manufacturing at the Chennai, India facility and wind blade inspection and repair services in India.
