StandardAero, Inc., formerly known as Dynasty Parent Co., Inc. until September 5, 2024, operates through two primary segments: Engine Services and Component Repair Services. The Engine Services segment provides aftermarket maintenance, repair and overhaul, on-wing and field service support, asset management, and engineering solutions for gas turbine engines used in commercial aerospace, military and helicopter, and business aviation markets. The Component Repair Services segment offers engine piece part and accessory repair for commercial aerospace, military aerospace, land and marine, and other markets. The company restructured in connection with its initial public offering on October 2, 2024, which included a stock split and distribution of shares to holders of various classes of units of Dynasty Parent Holdings, L.P. StandardAero's operations are supported by multiple credit facilities and loan agreements as part of its financial and capital management. The company aligns its business management with its service offerings and market segments, focusing on aftermarket support for gas turbine engines and related components across aviation and other sectors.
