As of the report date, the company’s operations and U.S. public offering have not been reviewed or approved by the Cyberspace Administration of China or the China Securities Regulatory Commission, though regulatory uncertainties remain due to potential rapid changes in PRC laws and policies.
The Company operates through three reportable segments: securities related services, asset management services, and money lending services. The securities related services segment earns commissions by providing securities dealing and brokerage, securities underwriting and placing, and other financing services.
