Description of Phinia Inc's Business Segments

The Company operates through two reportable segments: Fuel Systems and Aftermarket. The Fuel Systems segment supplies advanced fuel injection systems, fuel delivery modules, canisters, sensors, electronic control modules, associated software, and original equipment service (OES) solutions. Its product portfolio includes pumps, injectors, fuel rail assemblies, engine control modules, and complete systems with software and calibration services designed to reduce emissions and improve fuel economy for traditional and hybrid applications. The Aftermarket segment serves independent aftermarket customers with a range of products, maintenance items, test equipment, and vehicle diagnostics solutions. It also provides original equipment service solutions, remanufactured products, and sells starters and alternators to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). In the fourth quarter of 2025, the Company transferred a significant portion of the OES business from the Aftermarket segment to the Fuel Systems segment to streamline sales and reduce administrative efforts. For 2025, net sales were $2,320 million for the Fuel Systems segment and $1,306 million for the Aftermarket segment, with inter-segment eliminations totaling $143 million.
