We are a leader in designing, developing, manufacturing, and marketing proprietary engineered industrial products. We serve a wide variety of customers in varied industries around the world. We were incorporated under the laws of the State of North Carolina on January 11, 2002, as a wholly owned subsidiary of Goodrich Corporation (“Goodrich”). The incorporation was in anticipation of Goodrich’s announced distribution of its Engineered Industrial Products segment to existing Goodrich shareholders. The distribution took place on May 31, 2002 (the “Distribution”).

Power Systems Segment

The Power Systems segment, previously known as Engine Products and Services, is anchored by the Fairbanks Morse business. This segment specializes in the design, manufacturing, selling, and servicing of heavy-duty, medium-speed diesel, natural gas, and dual-fuel reciprocating engines. The Fairbanks Morse® brand has a rich heritage of over 115 years and a strong market presence, particularly in marine, oil and gas, and power generation sectors.

1. Products Offered:
- Reciprocating Engines: These engines are available in a wide range of horsepower specifications, from 700 to 31,970, and feature configurations with five to 20 cylinders. They are renowned for their reliability and performance in various applications.
- Aftermarket Parts and Services: Enpro Inc. maintains an extensive aftermarket operation, providing support for a large installed base of engines, including replacement parts and maintenance services.
- Military Engines: Fairbanks Morse has a longstanding partnership with the U.S. Navy, having supplied medium-speed diesel engines for over 70 years, ensuring reliability in naval operations.

Engineered Products Segment

The Engineered Products segment includes high-performance industrial product businesses, primarily GGB and Compressor Products International (CPI).

1. GGB:
- Self-lubricating Bearings: GGB specializes in self-lubricating, non-rolling metal polymer bearing solutions, designed for various applications. They produce engineered plastics and fiber-reinforced composite bearing products.
- Product Range: The offerings include aluminum bushing blocks, sleeve bearings, and thrust washers tailored for specific operating conditions, including no lubrication or minimal lubrication scenarios. The diverse product lineup features approximately 20,000 part numbers under esteemed brand names such as DU®, DP®, DX®, and others.
- Industries Served: Markets served by GGB’s offerings include automotive, aerospace, pumps, compressors, construction, power generation, and general industrial applications.

2. Compressor Products International (CPI):
- Components for Compressors and Engines: CPI focuses on the design, manufacture, service, and sales of components for reciprocating compressors and engines. This includes essential parts such as packing and wiper rings, piston and rider rings, and compressor monitoring systems.
- End Markets: CPIs products are pivotal in sectors such as refining, petrochemical processing, natural gas gathering, and industrial applications. Notable brand names from CPI include Hi-Flo™, Valvealert™, and ProFlo™.

Sealing Products Segment

The Sealing Products segment comprises three operational divisions—Garlock, Technetics, and Stemco—that provide advanced sealing solutions for demanding industries where safety, performance, and durability are paramount.

1. Garlock Division:
- Sealing Solutions: The Garlock brand is known for its comprehensive range of sealing products, including:
- Gaskets: Made from metallic, non-metallic, and composite materials, suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature environments, including the chemical and petrochemical sectors.
- Dynamic Seals: Essential in rotating applications, these seals help contain lubricants and protect against excessive wear and contamination, with brands like KLOZURE® and Model 64® coming to the forefront.
- Compression Packing and Expansion Joints: These components are utilized where dynamic sealing is critical, providing tailored solutions across various applications.

2. Technetics Division:
- High-Performance Seals: Technetics offers engineered sealing solutions for ultra-high purity, high-temperature, and other specialized applications, focusing on markets such as semiconductor manufacturing and aerospace.

3. Stemco Division:
