All properties are included in a single reportable segment due to their similarities, as they are leased to state-licensed operators on a long-term triple-net basis with reusable improvements sharing similar economic characteristics. Revenues primarily derive from long-term triple-net leases classified as "Rental Income" and "Fees and Reimbursables."
