Description of Locafy Limited's Business Segments

The Group previously operated two reportable segments: Publishing and SEO Agency. Following a reassessment of its internal organizational and reporting structure, the Group now operates as a single business unit and is managed as one reportable segment in accordance with AASB 8 Operating Segments. The chief operating decision makers evaluate the Group's financial performance on a consolidated basis, reviewing revenue from subscriptions, advertising, and services. Revenue is generated from customers across multiple geographic regions, including Australia, North America, and other areas. The majority of the Group's non-current assets are located in Australia, with minor balances held by a dormant subsidiary in the United States. No single customer accounted for 10% or more of the Group's total revenue for the year ended 30 June 2025.
