Galaxy operates two business segments: Digital Assets and Data Centers. The Digital Assets segment comprises the Global Markets business, which provides OTC spot and derivatives trading, lending, structured products, M&A advisory, and equity and debt capital markets services. It also includes the Asset Management & Infrastructure Solutions business, managing investment management and blockchain infrastructure products and services with approximately $12.3 billion in assets as of December 31, 2025. The Asset Management business offers ETF and Alternatives strategies for institutional and individual investors, while the Infrastructure Solutions business delivers staking, tokenization, and custodial technology. The Data Centers segment develops and plans to operate high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure to address demand for large-scale, power-ready facilities in the AI/HPC industry, including the Helios data center campus in West Texas.
