Description of Fatpipe Inc

FatPipe develops enterprise-class, application-aware, secure SD-WAN solutions and integrated single-stack cybersecurity software. Its customers include enterprises, communication service providers, security service providers, government organizations, and middle-market companies. The company offers a unified software platform that enables organizations to connect, secure, and monitor networks across cloud, hybrid cloud, and on-premise environments. FatPipe integrates networking, cybersecurity, and monitoring capabilities within a single software stack to reduce complexity, enforce consistent policies, provide centralized visibility, and coordinate network and security operations. The company holds over a dozen software and technology patents and provides core solutions—including SD-WAN, SASE, single-stack cybersecurity, and network monitoring software—primarily as subscription services. Its SD-WAN/SASE platform manages multi-line network traffic with failover and bandwidth optimization. The cybersecurity platform features firewall functionality, intrusion detection and prevention, secure web gateway controls, content filtering, encrypted connectivity, secure VPN access, and application-aware policy enforcement. It supports advanced threat protection techniques such as traffic inspection and anomaly detection, delivering coordinated protection across WAN links, cloud environments, and network endpoints. FatPipe also offers cybersecurity testing and protection services.
The Company operates a single reportable segment that consolidates all operating businesses with similar economic and qualitative characteristics. The Chief Executive Officer serves as the chief operating decision-maker and manages business activities on an aggregate basis without segment managers responsible for planning or strategy. Revenue is generated from three main sources through subscription-based or service contracts: (1) software product and license revenue from the sale of perpetual licenses for proprietary SD-WAN, SASE, NMS, and cybersecurity software, including related network server hardware, recognized at the point of delivery or transfer of control; (2) service and support revenue from technical support, software updates, monitoring services, and other ongoing services, recognized ratably over the subscription term, typically 36 to 60 months; and (3) consulting and other revenue primarily from FT, which provides networking, programming, and professional services on a project basis, recognized over time as services are rendered according to customer contracts.
