Following the divestiture of the Advanced Materials & Catalysts segment, the Company operates a single reportable segment under GAAP, named Ecoservices. Ecoservices generates revenue through the sale of virgin and regenerated sulfuric acid products and services. The Chief Executive Officer, serving as the chief operating decision maker (CODM), evaluates segment performance based on entity-wide sales and expense data presented in the consolidated statements of (loss) income. The primary measure of segment profit is net income from continuing operations. Major expense categories include cost of goods sold, selling, general and administrative expenses, and other items reported in the consolidated statements. Assets and capital expenditures are disclosed in the consolidated financial statements, reflecting the single reportable segment structure. The CODM allocates resources mainly through the annual budgeting and forecasting process, with monthly reviews of budget-to-actual variances. Consolidated results are also used to assess return on assets and guide employee compensation decisions. All long-lived assets and substantially all revenue are located in and generated from the United States. The Company’s sales include two customers accounting for 10% or more of total net sales: Customer A represented 12.3%, 14.0%, and 13.2% of total net sales in 2025, 2024, and 2023, respectively; Customer B accounted for less than 10% in 2025, 11.8% in 2024, and less than 10% in 2023.
