Description of Cpi Aerostructures Inc
CPI Aerostructures, Inc. is a United States (“U.S.”) manufacturer
of structural aircraft parts for fixed wing aircraft and helicopters in both the
commercial and defense markets. We have also recently expanded our presence in
the aerosystems segment of the defense market, with our production of various
reconnaissance pod structures and fuel panel systems. Within the global aerostructure
supply chain, we are either a Tier 1 supplier to aircraft original equipment manufacturers
(“OEMs”) or a Tier 2 subcontractor to major Tier 1 manufacturers.
We also are a prime contractor to the U.S. Department of Defense, primarily the
Air Force. In conjunction with our assembly operations, we provide engineering,
program management, supply chain management, and maintenance repair and overhaul
(“MRO”) services.
