Significant expense categories analyzed include cost of revenue, employee costs, technology costs, depreciation, interest income, fair value changes and financing charges, marketing expenses, professional fees, facilities costs, foreign exchange gains and losses, credit loss estimates, income taxes, and other overhead expenses. The Company provides a reconciliation of net loss to EBITDA and Adjusted EBITDA, with adjustments for stock-based compensation, fair value changes and financing charges, transaction costs, non-cash inventory cost realignment adjustments, and other non-cash expenses and non-ongoing income and expenses.
