Most services in Mexico are provided by unaffiliated physicians who charge fees for their services, differing from the models in Peru and Colombia. The hospitals are highly ranked in northern Mexico for specialties including oncology, gastrointestinal surgery, cardiology, and heart surgery. The network had an occupancy rate of 38.6% as of December 31, 2025. OCA Hospital serves the middle market with 261 beds and multiple surgery and emergency rooms; Doctors Hospital serves the premium market with 301 beds; and Doctors Hospital East serves the value market with 146 beds. The segment focuses on providing flexibility and autonomy for physicians, extensive infrastructure, premium locations, and patient comfort, with a Net Promoter Score of 85 as of December 31, 2025.
