Axe Compute Inc. (NASDAQ: AGPU) provides access to graphics processing unit (GPU) compute capacity for artificial intelligence and high-performance computing workloads through a distributed network model. This capacity is primarily sourced from the Aethir network, a decentralized GPU network developed by DCI Foundation. In late 2025, the company expanded its business strategy to operate under the Axe Compute brand and adopted a digital asset treasury strategy centered on the Aethir token (ATH), the native utility token of the Aethir network. Axe Compute's operations are organized into the Compute Services and Treasury Management segment, which is currently the company's priority. The company acquires ATH tokens on the open market and generates yield through staking and other activities, maintaining a significant portion of its balance sheet in ATH tokens as part of its treasury strategy. The registrant's Drug Discovery Services segment develops tumor-specific in vitro models for oncology drug discovery and research, including 3D tumor-specific models that provide drug response predictions correlated to clinical outcomes. These models incorporate tissue-specific extracellular matrices and tumor-specific medium supplements to reconstruct the tumor microenvironment and are compatible with various immuno-oncology agents and cell types. Applications include efficacy screening, drug resistance evaluation, identification of new drug combinations, rescue of failed drug candidates, off-target toxicity assessment, target discovery, and biomarker discovery. The segment offers preclinical testing services based on proprietary models for biopharmaceutical clients. Clinical Testing is conducted through the wholly owned subsidiary Helomics Corporation, which provides cancer-related tumor profiling and biomarker tests for gynecological cancers. These tests include Tumor Drug Response Testing (ChemoFx™), Genomic Profiling Testing (BioSpeciFx), and other biomarker assays. Using fresh tumor tissue processed in a CLIA-certified laboratory, these tests determine patient tumor response to chemotherapy and identify relevant tumor biomarkers. Results are delivered in a format that includes clinical relevance summaries.
