We are a global leader in infrastructure protection and maintenance, providing proprietary technologies and services to: (i) protect against the corrosion of industrial pipelines; (ii) rehabilitate and strengthen water, wastewater, energy and mining piping systems and buildings, bridges, tunnels and waterfront structures; and (iii) utilize integrated professional services in engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance, and turnaround services for a broad range of energy related industries. Our business activities include manufacturing, distribution, maintenance, construction, installation, coating and insulation, cathodic protection, research and development and licensing. Our 2013 acquisition of Brinderson, L.P. and related entities (“Brinderson”) opened new markets for us through the maintenance, engineering and construction services for downstream and upstream facilities in the North American oil and gas market. Our products and services are currently utilized and performed in more than 80 countries across six continents. 3. Structural Rehabilitation: Aegion provides strengthening and reinforcing services for various infrastructure, including buildings, bridges, tunnels, and waterfront facilities. This work is undertaken in both public and private sector projects.

International Operations: Aegions Infrastructure Solutions segment extends globally, conducting rehabilitation activities in regions such as North America, Australia, the United Kingdom, Spain, the Netherlands, and Hong Kong. Facilities for manufacturing and processing are strategically located across the U.S. and Canada, as well as a manufacturing site in Wellingborough, UK.

5. Joint Ventures and Partnerships: Aegion collaborates with local entities through joint ventures, particularly in markets such as Southeast Asia and Latin America, to enhance its trenchless rehabilitation capabilities.

Aegion’s Corrosion Protection segment delivers comprehensive solutions to maintain and protect pipelines, particularly in oil and gas sectors, industrial settings, and mineral extraction industries. Key offerings include:

Corrosion Prevention Services: Through its subsidiaries like Corrpro, United Pipeline Systems, and Bayou, Aegion provides integrated services including engineering, installation, monitoring, and maintenance.
