Double Digit EPS Growth, Sales Lower

Looking into results from previous quarter Sales increased by 0.6 % from $1.75 billions and eps decreased by -5.76 % from $2.78 per share. Sales fell at Uniform Direct Sales -5.38%, while revenue growth was achieved at Rental Uniforms or Ancillary Products +9.52%, First Aid, Safety or Fire Protection +14.95%. Rental Uniforms or Ancillary Products segment with 15.91% is solely responsible for the income gain, Cintas Corporation continued, while company logged declining profits in Uniform Direct Sales -6.48%, First Aid, Safety or Fire Protection -0.74%. Earnings grew 15.74 % to $284.857 millions for the second quarter 2020, compare to income of $246.120 millions achieved a year before. Cintas Corporation also emphasized it's improving profit margins, where net margin rose to 16.21% in second quarter 2020, and operating margin edged up to 20.08%. Company increased it's earnings and sales estimates, earnings per share by $0.05 to the new range between $3.79 and $ 3.88, while company now see it's revenues between $4,800 millions and $4,880 millions for the fiscal Year, higher by $0.05 millions from previous guidance. Cintas Corporation is expected to report next financial results on March 24, 2021.
