Antero Midstream's Comment on Competitors and Industry Peers
As a result of our relationship with Antero Resources, we do not compete for the
portion of Antero Resources’ existing operations for which we currently
provide midstream services and will not compete for future portions of Antero
Resources’ operations that are dedicated to us pursuant to our gathering
and compression agreement and water handling and treatment services agreement
with Antero Resources
