Marcus Laun, age 56, serves as Interim Chief Executive Officer, President, Interim Chief Financial Officer, and Director. He has been Executive Vice President and a board member since January 2020 and assumed interim CEO, President, and CFO roles in August 2025. Mr. Laun has over twenty years of experience as a founding principal or senior advisor to more than fifteen companies. He has been CEO of GrowthCircle.com since May 2013 and CEO of Geopulse Exploration Inc. since August 2017. Previously, he was Vice President of Corporate Finance for Netcents Technology Inc. from April to December 2020 and managing director at Knight Capital Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from Cornell University and an MBA from Columbia University.
Matthew Flemming, age 56, has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since August 2025 and joined the board in November 2023. He has been chairman of Barnhart Group, Inc. since December 2020 and served as its interim CEO and CFO from January 2021 to July 2023. He was CEO of Barnhart Group from September 2017 to December 2020. Mr. Flemming was director and CEO of Correlate Energy Corp. from May 2021 to October 2024 and remains a board member. His executive experience includes roles at HII Technologies Inc., Hemiwedge Industries Inc., Shumate Industries, Inc., Excalibur Industries, Inc., WorldByNet, Inc., and FARO Pharmaceuticals, Inc., which he founded. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Houston.
