Runzhe Zhang, age 31, has been Chief Executive Officer of LZ Technology since August 2023 and a Director since December 2023. He has served as CEO of Lianzhang Portal since 2019. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
Weihua Chen, age 47, has been Chief Financial Officer of LZ Technology since August 2023 and CFO of Lianzhang Portal since October 2014. She has over 20 years of financial accounting experience, including work at Xiamen Yongjia Plastic Co., Ltd. She is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Public Accountants and the UK Institute of Financial Accountants and holds an associate degree in Accounting Information Technology from Minxi University.
Chung Chi Ng, age 45, has served as an Independent Director since February 26, 2025. She has over 20 years of accounting and auditing experience, including roles as CFO of Guardforce AI Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: GFAI), audit committee chair of Addentax Group Corp., and senior audit positions at Crowe Horwath LLP and GHP Horwath P.C. She specializes in SEC, PCAOB, IFRS, US GAAP, and SOX compliance and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Qisheng You, age 68, has been an Independent Director since February 26, 2025. He has extensive industry experience and was formerly general manager of CDN HOMETCH DIGITAL LTD before retiring in 2022.
